There's so much to do here at Lake Miami that you need to camp here for a while, Howell Station Campground Lake Red Rock is a pleasant place for that, and Lake Miami Dam is not far at all from Lake Miami. High temperatures at Lake Miami all through the summertime months are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 20's while Lake Miami night low temperatures during the       wintertime are in the 10's. Lake Miami gets a common amount of rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Indian Hills Inn is a good spot to get some rest, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Oskaloosa here.
