This lake is so wonderful. Elmhurst Country Club is a pleasant golf course nearby, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Super 8 Oskaloosa IA. So much cool stuff to do at Lake Keomah, so little time. At Keomah Dam close to Lake Keomah there are some attention-grabbing       things to see; a lake close by is Hawthorn Lake. High temperatures at Lake Keomah during the summer are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Keomah. The amount of rainfall that falls at Lake Keomah is close to the national average; during June this area sees the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest.
