    Go to Lake Darling if you want to go to a nice lake. Summertime highs at Lake Darling generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's, and night lows at Lake Darling throughout the wintertime typically dip into the 0's. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Lake Darling. Super 8 Motel - Fairfield is a tremendous location to get some rest; camping at Camper's Corner is  
   always a glorious experience. Lake Darling gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June while February is regularly the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. You're possibly hooked on lakes, Horseshoe Lake is one of those nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Kewash Nature Trail. Don't forget to take a tremendous little visit to Dutch Creek, and Lake Darling is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Darling
 
               State Park is a fine local campground.
If you need a location to stay Best Western Fairfield Inn is a wonderful choice, and good hiking is available along the Sockum Ridge Park Trail. Looking for something close to Lake Darling? Wallrich Lake is nearby, and don't leave Lake Darling without first going for a hike along the Jefferson County Park Trail.
