All through the summertime highs here at Klum Lake reach the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows at Klum Lake through the wintertime mostly descend into the 10's. Klum Lake is not far at all from Muscatine, and Lake Odesa is a nearby lake that you could go to. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Muscatine,Ia, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Odessa Campground is a good place to camp.

Great for the kids. Fishing and swimming were good. Wonderful waterfowl.  Suprised at the number of cranes and pelicans.  Even more suprised to find a good restaurant on the lake....
