Summer at Lake Keokuk comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Keokuk. A delightful location to camp here at Lake Keokuk is Nauvoo RV Campground, and it's a great idea to explore Fork Creek. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more enjoyable       stuff to do here at Lake Keokuk. You're sure to bump into some good people from Burlington here. Lake Keokuk is a good place of common rain; September is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. A pleasant nearby hotel is Kingsley Inn, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Pollmiller Park Trail. After a long day outdoors Knights Inn Ft. Madison is a wonderful site to spend a night or two; do take a hike                  on the Locust Lane Nature Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
