Don't leave Hanthorn Lake without first       going for a hike along the Boyer Chute Trails, and dry warm beds await you at Candlewood Suites OMAHA AIRPORT. If you came for an overnight stay Garden Valley Courts is a glorious location to camp; if you get bored of Hanthorn Lake you could also check out close by Carter Lake. The amount of precipitation that falls at Hanthorn Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is May, and January is the month with the least moisture.                  Any time is a wonderful time at Hanthorn Lake if you go for the outdoors. If time allows, Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail is a national park worth going to, and NP Dodge Park Campground is a great local campground.
