The yearly rain here at Goose Lake is about average; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Jewell Golf & Country Club is a magnificent way to kill some time, and a magnificent site for whitewater paddling is Briggs Woods Spillway - Ditch 166.
