Do check out Jackson Lake near Flat Lake, it's a lovely lake; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Chestnut Mountain. Flat Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is January. For the duration of the warm days       of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Flat Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's while Flat Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Old Blanding Campground since you're here at Flat Lake; it's a splendid idea to stop by Bar Slough. Enjoy a round of golf at Storybrook Country Club not far from Flat Lake,                  and Golden Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Flat Lake. While staying at Flat Lake you could always discover Schlect Hollow, and you'll meet a lot of people from Clinton here. This lake is so wonderful.
