For you golfers we recommend close by Indian Hills Golf Club, and Super 8 Spirit Lake/Okoboji is a delightful spot to get some rest.       You'll need more than a day to look at everything East Hottes Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pioneer Beach Campground, and on a wonderful day you can have a look at Crandalls Beach.
