Camping is available at Koch's Meadow Lake, and a great close by hotel is Comfort Inn Muscatine. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Koch Lake Campground while you're here at Cedar Lakes, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Koch Lake. Throughout the warm months highs here at Cedar Lakes get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures       plunge down into the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are regularly in the 20's while Cedar Lakes nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Cedar Valley Golf Course is a tremendous golf course close by, and if you need a place to stay Muscatine Super 8 Motel is a nice choice. Cedar Lakes gets a typical amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June; the driest month is January. Bennett Creek flows through this                  neighborhood. Lakes?
