Many people like to go to Waokele Pond. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Waokele Pond rocks! On a magnificent day it's a good idea to spend the day at Kailua Beach, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Halawa Trail. Waokele Pond is a wet place that gets much precipitation; November is the month that gets the most rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. | | Pond and you like golf, you can take a look at Bay View Golf Park Golf Course, and a nice view of beautiful Makuku is available.
If you want to hit the beach, Kalama Beach is in close proximity, and Aston At The Executive Centre Hotel is a glorious site to get some rest. in the 70's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Waokele Pond temperatures drop to the 60's. Visit Hooleinaiwa Stream if you're here at Waokele Pond, and Nuuanu Pali is a fine location to stop at.
There is a magnificent
hiking trail near Waokele Pond called the Castle Trail, and you need to have a look at Nuuanu Pali while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Waokele Pond there are plenty of people from Honolulu, and a nice nearby hotel
is Pagoda Hotel. While you're here at Waokele Pond, you could also take a look at scenic Waikalua-Loko Fish Pond, and Kneohe Forest Reserve is a delightful forest vicinity nearby.
If you came to camp Camp Timberline is a brilliant
location to do that. You'll locate a lovely lake called Nuuanu Reservoir Number Four near Waokele Pond. There's so much to do here at Waokele Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Honolulu Koa Kampground is a magnificent spot
for that. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun stuff just keep reading. Going for a hike on the Summit Trail is always a nice adventure; a trip to Waokele Pond wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Keaahala Spring.
