The high level of precipitation makes Waiopae a quite wet place; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month of the year is June. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Kahonua, and Kapoho Crater is an interesting thing to distinguish while you're here. Green Lake is a great lake in close proximity to Waiopae, and at Waiopae you can see Kukii. All through the months of summer       here at Waiopae, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's.
