Reservoir Number One sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and June is the month with the least moisture. There's brilliant hiking along the Maulua Trail, and Waikea Reservoir is a great lake close by. If you're a golfer       then a fine close by course is Naniloa Country Club; why not take a refreshing hike along the Puu Oo Volcano Trail. Just can't get enough of Reservoir Number One.
