Puulani Reservoir is not the only site close by, Waikoloi Reservoir is a close by lake; playing golf is lots of fun at Kukuiolono Golf. Puulani Reservoir is a location that is quite waterless regularly; January is the month that gets the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Puulani Reservoir is right by the Alakai Swamp Trail.       So much cool stuff to do here at Puulani Reservoir, too great to be true. Hanonui Gulch is a nice location to have a look at close by; you'll meet a lot of people from Kapaa here. Through the long summer days, highs mostly are in the 80's at Puulani Reservoir. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 80's with temperatures at Puulani Reservoir dipping down into the 60's through                  winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Hanalei for all you thrill seekers, and you can hit the beach if you want, Glass Beach is practically right here. Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages is a delightful location to get some rest, and hiking along the Nualolo Trail is nice fun. This lake is so wonderful. At Puulani Reservoir you can make out Ahuaeliku Peak; after a long day outdoors The Point at Poipu is a great place to spend a night or two.
