    Puukolii Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Honokowai Stream. Puukolii Reservoir really is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. A perfect close by hotel is Westin Ka'Anapali Ocean Resort Villas; Horner Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit. While you're here at Puukolii Reservoir, you could also stop at wonderful Honokowai Reservoir; while you're here you  
   will meet lots of people from close by Kahului-Wailuku.
A spree to Haleakala National Park is worthwhile; if you're here you have to check out Hanakaoo Point. At Puukolii Reservoir all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 70's with winter lows in the 60's overnight here at Puukolii Reservoir. At Puukolii Reservoir you can see Puu Kekaa;
 
               beaches are great and Wahine Pee Beach is no exception.
A great deal of precipitation falls at Puukolii Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month is September. This lake is so wonderful. Puukolii Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Olowalu is a wonderful local campground, and after a long day outdoors Maui Kaanapali Villas is a great site to spend a night or two. A nice place right next door to Puukolii Reservoir is Hahakea Gulch, and a perfect beach nearby is Kanapali Beach.
