Going for a hike on the Halemauu Trail is always a nice adventure, and if you need a site to stay Maui Condos Online is a great choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Peahi Reservoir a wet place; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest of the months is June. A lake close by is Kapalaalaea Reservoir. | | many visitors from Kahului-Wailuku. Summertime highs at Peahi Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 70's while the cold winter nights at Peahi Reservoir are in the 60's. round of golf at nearby Pukalani Country Club is a nice way to kill some time, and a pleasant place to camp here at Peahi Reservoir is Hosmer Grove Campground. This lake is so wonderful. A trip to Halehaku Gulch is always fun, and

It has a nice selection of dayhikes with good directions. We reservedd a cabin in the crater for an overnight stay. Awesome experience, spectacular star gazing.... |
