Going for a hike on the       Alakai Swamp Trail is always a good adventure; you'll meet a lot of people from Kapaa here. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Halenanahu Reservoir, and on a good day it's a fine idea to spend the day at Beach House Beach. From Papuaa Reservoir you acquire a good sight of Kahoaea, and a great nearby hotel is The Point at Poipu. If you get bored of Papuaa Reservoir, you could also go to close by Mauka Reservoir; close by you locate the Mhihi Waialae                  Trail which is a perfect hiking trail.
