Anahulu River is a glorious place to stop at. Lakes are pleasant; Ukoa Pond is a lake that's near Lokoea. If you're looking for a beach right next door to Lokoea, we recommend Haleiwa Army Beach, and do take a hike on the Mokuleia Trail. Kawailoa Gulch is a brilliant site to check out near Lokoea, and after a long day outdoors Turtle Bay Resort is a tremendous place to spend       a night or two. Hiking along the Peacock Flat Trail is great fun, and Lauhulu is a great site. Man, is there a lot of cool things to do near Lokoea. Kaiaka Bay is right next door to Lokoea and is a wonderful site to stop by; a tremendous close by hotel is Makaha Resort. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Maeaea, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Dupont Trail. Lokoea is a good place of typical precipitation; during January this area sees the                  most rain while June is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. At Haleiwa Boat Harbor near Lokoea there are some attention-grabbing things to see. All through the warmest time of the year, highs typically are in the 80's at Lokoea. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's.
