The high level of rainfall makes Loko Mokuhinia a quite wet place; January is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is September. Lahaina Inn is a delightful location to get some rest; Puukolii Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. Puunoa Point is rather next to Loko Mokuhinia, and if you're keen on cool geologic characteristics try Hauola Stone. For       the duration of the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 70's at Loko Mokuhinia. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 70's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Loko Mokuhinia descend into the 50's. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Haleakala National Park is worthwhile, and beaches are good and Lahaina Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at The Plantation Inn, and at Loko Mokuhinia you can make out Puu Laina. Be careful coming to Loko Mokuhinia, you might not ever want to go home again.
