Polol Beach is a beach near Kehena Reservoir that you can stop at, and going for a hike on the Puako-Waimea Trail is always a perfect adventure. Kehena Reservoir gets a common amount of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; September meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the long summer days here at Kehena Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's. When       the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 70's.
