What a nice lake Keanapou Fishpond is. There is a delightful hiking trail next to Keanapou Fishpond called the Kawaihae-Puu Hue Trail, and if you want to hit the beach, Waialea Beach is in the neighborhood. Keanapou Fishpond is commonly a reasonably waterless spot; through January this area sees the most rain; July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.

Trail. This lake is so wonderful. On a tremendous day it's a perfect idea to spend the day at Hapuna Beach; on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Puako-Waimea Trail. If you're here at Keanapou Fishpond, do take a trip to Honokaope Bay; there are other spots here than Keanapou Fishpond, for example Kahapapa Fishpond.
