Take a hike on the Peacock Flat Trail, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Ukoa Pond. An average amount of precipitation falls at Kaheaka Reservoir; January is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is June. Dry warm beds await you at Makaha       Resort, and since you're here you can play some golf at Hawaii Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Nothing beats kicking back at Haleiwa Army Beach, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Kaheaka Reservoir; Dupont Trail is a good local trail. This lake is so wonderful. On a gorgeous day you get a view of Puukamananui from Kaheaka Reservoir, and lakes are such calm spots, why not stop at Lokoea. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. This                  is a popular location for people from Honolulu, and swing by Helemano Stream it's a great place to have a look at. If you need a place to stay Turtle Bay Resort is a pleasant choice. Kaheaka Reservoir is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Camp Mokuleia is a wonderful location to camp nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mokuleia Trail. Summertime at Kaheaka Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
