If you like lakes and you're in this part of Hawaii you can check out Huilua Pond. There are great places to look at along the Sacred Falls Trail; dry warm beds await you at Hawaii Beach Vacation Rentals By Ray. Don't leave Huilua Pond without first going for a hike along the Summit Trail, and as expected Kaaawa Stream is a gorgeous stream that is worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. Huilua Pond gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; August meanwhile is the driest month. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Huilua Pond. The sight of Crouching Lion from Huilua Pond is scenic, and going for a hike on the Castle Trail is always a tremendous
adventure. Summertime highs at Huilua Pond commonly tend to be in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 70's with temperatures at Huilua Pond dipping down
into the 60's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Huilua Pond is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Honolulu Koa Kampground is a tremendous local campground.
