     Do stop by Puukolii Reservoir near Horner Reservoir, it's a picturesque lake, and camping at Camp Olowalu is always a tremendous experience. This lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here at Horner Reservoir. Why not explore close by Amalu Stream if you're here at Horner Reservoir, and while you're here why not visit Kealii Gulch. Kanapali Beach is a beach in the vicinity of Horner Reservoir that you can go to, and during your visit here you'll  
   meet some people from Kahului-Wailuku for sure.
After a long day outdoors Noelani Condominium Resort is a glorious spot to spend a night or two, and Haleakala National Park is a fine local destination. The high level of rainfall makes Horner Reservoir a rather wet spot; January is when you get the most rain here, and September is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.                Reservoir, and Puu Kolii can be spotted from Horner Reservoir.
Nothing beats kicking back at Sand Box Beach; dry warm beds await you at Kapalua Villas. High temperatures at Horner Reservoir during the summer months are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 70's while the cold winter nights at Horner Reservoir are in the 50's.
