Having a perfect time at Honokowai Reservoir is easy. Hanakaoo Reservoir is a great lake right next door to Honokowai Reservoir; Hale Ono Loa Maui Condominiums is a great spot to get some rest. Honokowai Reservoir is a reasonably wet place typically with lots of rain; January is the month that gets the most rain; September on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Puukolii Reservoir       is close by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Honokowai Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Camp Olowalu. Do pay a visit to Haleakala National Park if you're here at Honokowai Reservoir, and beaches are magnificent and Kapua is no exception. If you need a location to stay Aston Kaanapali Shores is a good choice, and a pleasant site to have a look at is Kahanaiki Gulch. A fine beach close to Honokowai Reservoir is Pohakukaanapali, and don't forget                  to take a great little tour to Honokowai Stream. Honokowai Point is in the neighborhood and always pleasant to take a look at, and this is a popular location for folks from Kahului-Wailuku. Throughout the summertime here at Honokowai Reservoir, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and the nighttime is rather colder of course, regularly in the 70's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 70's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Honokowai Reservoir descend into the 60's.
