Get drenched paddling on Turket Creek, and you can stay the night at Eagles Roost Campground. The high level of rainfall makes Zeigler Pond a reasonably wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most; October on the other hand is the driest. There's so much to do here at Zeigler Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Holiday Campground is       a good location for that, and Zeigler Pond is not far at all from Valdosta. Summertime highs at Zeigler Pond typically tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are generally in the 60's; nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Zeigler Pond tend to be in the 30's.
