The good folks of Chattanooga like to hang out nearby It's always delightful to stop at Phillips Spring. Yates Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. Go for a hike on the Skyuka Trail, and hey, Mill Creek is a fine local stream. Throughout the warm months here at Yates Lake, high       temperatures usually reach the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and night lows all through the winter for Yates Lake tend to be in the 20's. Yates Lake regularly gets a lot of rainfall; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Cooper Gap is a wonderful spot to take a look at close by, and Econo Lodge Chickamauga is a brilliant                  spot to get some rest. You get a great panorama of Round Top from Yates Lake. Lakes are delightful; Ott Lake is a lake that's near Yates Lake. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Whitewater paddling is good on Rock Creek, and Yates Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Look Out Mountain Koa Kampground is a pleasant local campground. Paddling on Bear Creek is so much fun, and if you need a site to stay Chanticleer Inn is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Yates Lake Dam since you're here, and don't leave Yates Lake without first going for a hike along the Bluff Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
