Wright Lake is near Wright Lake Dam which is a charming spot absolutely worth a visit, and there are some great whitewater spots on Line Creek. Through the summertime months at Wright Lake highs are commonly in the 80's, and the night is rather colder of course, ordinarily in the 60's. drop into the 20's. If you came for an overnight stay Arrowhead Campground is a good place to camp; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sweetwater Creek.
Tar Creek flows through this
neighborhood, and lakes are such serene locations, why not pop by Bradbury Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Union City, and if time allows, Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is a national park worth visiting.
