    Worthy Lake is a lake worth visiting. Worthy Lake gets a good deal of water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Worthy Lake is excellent! Do have a look at Ridley Lake near Worthy Lake, it's a wonderful lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Conasauga River Trail. This lake is so wonderful. On a glorious day  
   at Worthy Lake you can take a hike along the Conasauga River Trail.
Camping at Worthy Lake is wonderful fun, Chattanooga North KOA is a wonderful local campground, and there is a pleasant hiking trail close by called the Cloer Trail. Getting to Oak Grove Branch from Worthy Lake is simple; there are some great whitewater spots on Conasauga River. There are plenty of folks from Dalton here at Worthy Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Mill Creek
 
               offers some nice whitewater.
This lake is so wonderful. Worthy Lake is a tremendous site to camp, Lake Conasauga Campground is a tremendous site, and Key West Inn Chatsworth is a nice location to get some rest. All through the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Worthy Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's; nighttime lows at Worthy Lake through the winter generally descend into the 20's. Do pop by Worthy Lake Dam since you're here at Worthy Lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Fairwinds Inn & Suites is a magnificent location to spend a night or two.
