At Wilson Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 70's. During the winter highs are in the 50's while Wilson Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 30's. A tremendous nearby hotel is Carson Motel; the good folks of Tifton like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Motel 6 is a fine choice,       and you can stay the night at South Georgia RV Park. Wilson Lake Dam is lovely and it's in the vicinity of Wilson Lake; you're probably interested in lakes, Hawes Lake is one of those nearby. Wilson Lake is a wet location that gets lots of precipitation; July is the month that gets the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
