Many people like to go to Williams Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Atlanta North KOA is a pleasant location to do that, and not far from Williams Lake you'll locate Lake Romona which is a gorgeous lake. Williams Lake Dam is not far at all from Williams Lake, and Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Hiram is a great site to get some rest. | | is fairly chillier of course, usually in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Williams Lake temperatures fall to the 20's.
If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Annewakee River. There's so much to do here at Williams Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Atlanta West Campgrounds is a brilliant location for that. And | |

Mill Creek.
If you're going to Williams Lake from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, you won't be the only one, and a magnificent place for whitewater paddling is Tanyard Branch. A large amount of rainfall falls at Williams Lake; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October is when it's the driest.
