Wilkinsons Pond is a great location to camp, Flynn's Inn Camping Village is a great location, and you'll come across a picturesque lake called Kissing Bower Lake. What a place this is for outdoors people. You can take a little trip to Rosedale Lake Dam since you're here at Wilkinsons Pond, and there are plenty of people from Augusta-Richmond County here. High temperatures at Wilkinsons Pond       all through the warmest time of the year are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Wilkinsons Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The Horn Creek Hiking Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Red Carpet Inn Augusta is a great spot to spend a night or two. Wilkinsons Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation;                  during March this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is November. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Wilkinsons Pond has to offer, you can camp at Heritage Mobile Home Community, and enjoy a round of golf at Forest Hills Golf Club.
