A great deal of precipitation falls at White Lake; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here; October is when it's the driest. If you come at the right time of year, Little Towaliga River offers some good whitewater. There's so much to do here at White Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Heart of Georgia RV Park is a splendid place for that. A pretty       lake like Nash Lake in close proximity to White Lake is a delightful place to go to, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Potato Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things next to White Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn Thomaston, and White Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, High Falls Campground is a fine local campground. There's always White Dam to visit right next door to White Lake, and you'll stumble on a picturesque                  lake called Finny Lake. At White Lake through the warm months highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 50's, and overnight lows at White Lake all through the winter usually descend into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
