West Point Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, 3 Creeks RV Park is a fine place to camp nearby, and you're most likely hooked on lakes, Jones Lake is one of those nearby. Much rain falls at West Point Lake; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October       meanwhile is the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 90's to West Point Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Riverside Country Club is in close proximity, and getting to Hardley Creek from West Point Lake is easy.
