This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Anthony's Mobile Park, and get drenched paddling on Chattahoochee River. Weems Road Lake mostly gets lots of rain; July is the month that gets the most rain; October is when it's the driest. Man, is there heaps of fun stuff to do near Weems Road Lake. A great close by hotel is Residence Inn By Marriott Columbus, and while you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Godwin       Creek Golf Course. Throughout the summer months here at Weems Road Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 50's while Weems Road Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's.
