Throughout the summer highs here at Watershed Y17 Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 40's; during the dark hours in the winter at Watershed Y17 Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. Watershed Y17 Lake is a pretty wet place ordinarily       with lots of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is June. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Watershed Y17 Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Gainesville, and a great nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Suwanee. Watershed Y17 Dam is a beautiful spot next to Watershed Y17 Lake, and great hiking is available along the Brookshire Creek Trail. There's so much to do here at Watershed Y17 Lake that                  you need to camp here for a while, Lawrenceville Campground is a great site for that; Watershed Y17 Lake is not the only spot close by, Harris Lake is a close by lake. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Whitewater paddling is nice on Yellow River; a lake nearby is Lake Perrin. Wildcat Creek flows through this neighborhood, and a golf course nearby is Collins Hill Golf Club.
