Waters Lake is always a pleasure to visit. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Waters Lake is right by the Bartram Trail; the scenery at Waters Lake Dam is picturesque. That right there is lots already, but it goes on; Waters Lake has it all. Hiking along the Chattooga Trail is brilliant fun, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Cornelia here. Waters Lake is a wet location that gets a lot of rain; most of the rain falls through

This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Fry Branch; if you need a spot to stay Country Hearth Inn Toccoa is a tremendous choice. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Near Waters Lake you locate a golf course called Apple Mountain Golf Club, and glide down the rapids of Tallulah River in a kayak. And that's not all you can do here at Waters Lake. If | |

you come at the right time of year, Big Panther Creek offers some glorious whitewater; if you're here why not explore Bear Gap.
Waters Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Panther Creek Campground is a good local campground,
and Crow Mountain is easy to spot from Waters Lake. A lake nearby is Reservoir 34, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Scaly Mountain. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
Have a
glorious hiking adventure along the Stewart Trail, and delightful skiing awaits you at Sky Valley. So much exciting stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place to camp here
at Waters Lake is Terrora Park Campground; after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites Mt. Chalet is a great spot to spend a night or two.
High temperatures at Waters Lake throughout the warmest time of the year are in the
80's, and the night is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 40's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Waters Lake sink into the 20's.
