Warner Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. You get a delightful sight of Gerrell Mountain from Warner Pond, and float down the rapids of Mud Creek in a kayak. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; if you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Helen is a glorious choice. You could also stop at Ash Pond while you're here at Warner Pond; it's nearby; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Whitly Gap Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Warner Pond is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Through the summer highs here at Warner Pond reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's with temperatures at Warner Pond dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
