A glorious site for whitewater paddling right next door to Waller Lake is Mulberry Creek. There's so much to do here at Waller Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sawyer's Mobile Home Estates is a nice site for that. If you're here at Waller Lake, you could check out Douglas Creek, and if you came to camp Anthony's Mobile Park is a good site to do that. You're most likely       addicted to lakes, Lake Manderly is one of those close by; during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Columbus for sure. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Microtel Inns and Suites Columbus North is a pleasant choice; Chattahoochee River is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. Waller Lake usually gets a good deal of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here while October is commonly the driest month. At Waller Lake during                  the warm months highs are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Waller Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Waller Lake.
