This lake is so wonderful. The Whitly Gap Trail offers hiking at its best, and Walker Mountain Lake is right by the Appalachian National Scenic Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River - East Fork, and if you came for an overnight stay Leisure Acres Campground is a splendid
place to camp.
High temperatures at Walker Mountain Lake during the summertime months are in the 80's, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, generally in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily
in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Walker Mountain Lake. Any time is a good time at Walker Mountain Lake if you adore the outdoors. Flat Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby; there's splendid hiking along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail.
