You can see Pilcher Hill from Walker Lake, and you can stay the night at Hortense wesleyan Camp. So much enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Walker Lake, simply striking. This is a nice neighborhood for people who like lakes. Alligator Congress is a lake in the vicinity. Harris Branch is a delightful stream that is worth a visit. There's so much to do here at Walker Lake that you need       to camp here for a while, Darien Inland Harbor Camp is a delightful site for that. For the period of the months of summer at Walker Lake temperatures are typically in the 90's, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, generally in the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Walker Lake sink into the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Darien; if you're going to from Brunswick,                  you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps like Sandhill Bay in close proximity to Walker Lake make for wonderful places to stop at, and if you need a site to stay Townsend-Days Inn is a glorious choice.
