The high level of precipitation makes Walker Lake a quite wet location; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and November on the other hand is the driest. Be careful coming to Walker Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Do take a look at Mose Lake near Walker Lake, it's a wonderful       lake, and a charming lake like Fishing Lake is a pleasant spot to go to. This lake is so wonderful. Walker Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Darien Inland Harbor Camp is a nice local campground, and the peak of Pilcher Hill can be made out from Walker Lake. Summertime highs at Walker Lake usually tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 60's with temperatures                  at Walker Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Sandhill Bay is a swamp in the neighborhood of Walker Lake, and a great close by hotel is Super 8 Darien.
