If you need a site to stay Wingate by Wyndham Alpharetta is a great choice; if you're here you can play some golf at Willow Springs Golf & Country Club. Vinson Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly March, that's the one that rains the most, and October meanwhile is the driest month. High temperatures       at Vinson Lake through the warm months are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Vinson Lake through the winter commonly descend into the 20's. You truly have to like Vinson Lake. Bartenfeld Lake is a wonderful lake close to Vinson Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. You'll meet a lot of people from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta                  here; whitewater paddling is delightful on Marsh Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Twin Lakes Park is always a great experience, and Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a delightful national park. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Hampton Inn Alpharetta/Roswell, and the scenery at Vinson Dam is pretty.
