A lot of precipitation falls at Victory Lake; March is the wettest month with most rain; October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Big Cedar Creek is so much fun, and Rome Super 8 Motel is a delightful place to get some rest. Victory Lake is right next door to Victory Lake Dam which is a stunning place undeniably worth visiting, and Stonebridge Golf Club is a delightful       golf course nearby. Summertime at Victory Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Victory Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's. Victory Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Get wet paddling on Johnnies Creek. If you came to camp Rome-floyd County Recreation is a tremendous location                  to do that, and there are plenty of folks from Rome here.
