This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Johnnies Creek in the vicinity of Vance Lake. Why not visit Vance Lake Dam if you're
here, and lots of people from Cedartown come here. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Vance Lake highs are frequently in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 50's with temperatures at Vance Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
