This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Comfort Inn Villa Rica, and there's whitewater on Dog River for all you thrill seekers. Sweetwater Creek State Park is a magnificent campground nearby, and you'll meet a lot of people from Cedartown here.       Summertime highs at Lake Val-Do-Mar mostly tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's, and night lows during the wintertime for Lake Val-Do-Mar tend to be in the 30's. Lake Val-Do-Mar sees pretty high levels of rain; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is October. Golf can be played at Creekside Golf & Country Club; whitewater paddling                  is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Mobley Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Papillon Resort and RV Campground is a great place to camp, and Pine Mountain is delightful and can be observed from here. You believe that's sufficient?
