Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Unicoi Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Here at Unicoi Lake you'll most likely meet some folks from Cornelia, and a lake nearby is Unicoi State Park Lake. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Unicoi Lake is unbeatable! Don't       forget to take a good little trip to Church Branch, and here at Unicoi Lake you can see Crumbly Knob. The Chattahoochee Trail offers hiking at its best; get dripping wet paddling on Dodd Creek. Unicoi Lake is a wet site that gets a good deal of precipitation; through March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is October. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Unicoi State Park Lodge is                  always a wonderful experience; if you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. Good hiking is available along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail, needless to say you could also take a look at Sautee Creek Watershed Number 12 Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. All the outdoors fun stuff next to Unicoi Lake will keep you coming back repeatedly. A nice close by hotel is Days Inn Helen. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a splendid time. At Unicoi State Park Lake Dam near Unicoi Lake there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and paddling on Chattahoochee River is so much fun. Camping is available at Creekwood Resort, and close by you come across Scorpion Hollow which is a nice location to take a look at. This lake is so wonderful.
