Through the summer months highs here at Unicoi Lake reach the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows all through the wintertime for Unicoi Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Dodd Creek; hey, Church Branch is a splendid local stream. Unicoi Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Going for a hike along the Chattahoochee Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and naturally, this is a fine neighborhood for people who like lakes, Unicoi State Park Lake is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful.
