Bettes Gap is a magnificent place to explore; a lake close by is Reservoir 15. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Twin Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Twin Lakes dip into the 20's. If       you like the outdoors, you'll fancy Twin Lakes. Get drenched paddling on Settingdown Creek, and Comfort Suites Cumming is a perfect place to get some rest. Some of the water close by flows, like Thalley Creek; Twin Lakes is not the only place nearby, Norrell Lake is a nearby lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Amicalola Creek, and good hiking is available along the Brookshire Creek Trail. Twin Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Lakes                  Park is a great local campground; if you need a spot to stay Sun Suites of Cumming is a glorious choice. Twin Lakes is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is October.
