All the water falling down from the sky makes Twin Lakes a wet place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. And that's not all you can do here at Twin Lakes. Amicalola Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. highs here at Twin Lakes get into the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Twin Lakes
are in the 20's. Sun Suites of Cumming is a wonderful place to get some rest, and a tremendous place close by is Bettes Gap.
