You'll need more than a day to discover everything Tustian Lake has to offer, you can camp at Under the Hemlock, and you'll most likely meet some people from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Homestead Inn is a nice site to spend a night or two. Nearby lakes? Sure, Bartholomew       Lake is in the neighborhood of Tustian Lake, and the Brookshire Creek Trail is a fine hiking trail close by. Having a fine time at Tustian Lake is painless. If you haven’t been to Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, you should schedule some time for it while you're here, and get covered with water paddling on Amicalola Creek. Tustian Lake is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Twin Lakes Park is a great spot to camp nearby, and if you've                  had enough of Tustian Lake, Ball Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Woodmont Golf Club is always a delight; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Canton. During the warmest time of the year, highs usually are in the 80's at Tustian Lake, and the night is a little cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 40's; night lows during the winter for Tustian Lake tend to be in the 20's.
