This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent panorama of charming Dorster Mountain is available from Turner Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Pirkle Campground is a great spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Jones Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore; soar down the rapids of Flint River in a kayak. Now,       you may think that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Turner Lake. Turner Lake Dam is a stunning spot close to Turner Lake, and Turner Lake is a site with many visitors from Thomaston. Why not camp at Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park if you're here at Turner Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Potato Creek. Turner Lake gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is March; October on the other hand is the driest. The winter comes with highs in the 50's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Turner Lake temperatures sink to the 30's.
