    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Georgia you can check out Turn Hole. So much cool stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. Take a side visit to Adline Branch; you can stay the night at Cassidy Bridge Campground. Lakes? Sure, Turn Hole is close at hand, and you could always look at Big Shoals. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
Turn Hole is a relatively wet place frequently with much rainfall; the wettest
 
   month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most; July on the other hand is the driest. Be careful coming to Turn Hole, you might not ever wanna go back home again. It's always great to pop by Big Shoals, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sky Valley. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is abundant here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

               Turn Hole. You'll meet a lot of people from Seneca here, and going for a hike on the Burrells Ford Trail is always a perfect adventure. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Chattooga River, and one of the governing marks of the surroundings of Turn Hole is Holden Mountain. All through the warm days of summer here at Turn Hole, high temperatures usually reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; overnight lows during the wintertime for Turn Hole tend to be in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Old Edwards Inn and Spa is a pleasant location to get some rest, and there are other sites here than Turn Hole, for example Mountain Rest Lake. Dry warm beds await you at The Inn at Half Mile Farm, and fine hiking is available along the Three Forks Trail. Scaly Mountain is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and get dripping wet paddling on Chattooga River - West Fork.
This lake is so wonderful. Turn Hole is a pleasant spot to visit for more than one day, Camp Chatuga is a pleasant spot to camp nearby; you can go for a hike on the Chattooga Trail.
